EMEL manages Lisbon’s parking, in accordance
with the mobility and accessibility policies
drawn up by the Lisbon City Council. The
parking facilities, along public streets or in the
17 car parks scattered around the city, cover
all the historic neighbourhoods and offer
complementary mobility products such as B’ina
and Mob Car Sharing. Valid only in EMEL parks
(does not apply to covenants).
