To reach the beaches closer to Lisbon, you can take the train to Cascais on the Cais do Sodré Station. If you prefer to go a bit far you can always cross the river from the river station of Cais de Sodré in order to go to Cacilhas. In Cacilhas catch a bus to Costa da Caparica. If you want to go directly from Lisbon to Costa da Caparica, you can do it from Praça de Espanha where there are buses that go directly.
