Information
Driver`s age - Minimun 21 years old.Driving license valid in Portugal with at least one year experience.
Periodo Minimo do Aluguer- 1 day (24 hours).Extrahours will be charged at 1/5 of the daily rental.
Insurance - Rates includes public liability of €50.000.000.00. In case of accident, the customer will be responsible for an excess of €450.
Personal Accident Insurance- Personal accident insurance covering death or injuries for all the passangers (including the driver) until €15.000.00 and 1.500.00 for medical expenses is available for €2.5/day. Ask for details at Solcar staff.
Payment- A deposit is required based on estimated cost of the rental, minimub €450.00. Adjustments of account will be made at the end of the rental. Alternatively Solcar recognised credit cards may be used.
Territoriality - Rental is valid in Portugal mainland. If the customer wants to go to other countries must contact a Solcar office to get an authorization.
